I am using TerraMaster NAS but have problem connecting to local network. The device does not show up in the network list on Windows, even though I tried setting static IP and checking network cable. I also reset NAS and router but still not solved. Has anyone encountered similar problem? What settings in TOS or router should I check to ensure stable connection?
Thanks!

Also make sure your TNAS 'workgroup' matches your network (or PC) 'workgroup' (if not in a domain). Shouldn't really make a difference, but ...
