NAS not working properly

Hello, I have this problem

1) Power Button Malfunction:

The NAS does not respond to the power button when trying to turn it off.
The only way to restart it is by unplugging and reconnecting the power cord.
2) Intermittent Network Visibility:

The NAS becomes invisible on the network after a variable period (10 minutes to some day).
Requires a power cycle (unplugging and plugging back in) to be visible again. Ofcourse is not healthy to unplug the electricity...
3) RAID and Disk Configuration:

RAID (TRAID with 2 WD Red Plus 6tb drives) is active and healthy, but there are occasional system errors related to the RAID configuration.
4) Error Logs:

Multiple kernel and system-level errors:
IRQ mapping failures (irq: type mismatch).
USB hub configuration issues (hub config failed, no ports available).
RAID-related warnings (read_ahead_kb file missing).
Network-related errors:
Multiple gateways configured (e.g., 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.254).
Interface ppp0 errors (Device not found).

Any help?

The symptoms suggest that your system may have crashed or experienced a kernel panic. However, I am unable to ascertain the exact cause without further diagnostics. To facilitate a thorough analysis, I recommend enabling debug mode to collect system logs, which you can then forward to us for examination.

I sent my logs to assistance, in first instance they told me could be a bootloader problem, suggesting me to extract the usb inside the nas, install again the Initboot and try.
I asked for further assistance because I couldn't find the USB inside, I think the F2-212 hasn't that. Moreover, in the instruction they gave me there wasn't the compatibility with my model.(here the thread viewtopic.php?t=6433)
The reply was that maybe could be an alimentation problem
The NAS works without the disks (or better, it's possible to spot it and to switch off using the manual button). When I insert the disks instead it's very slow and after a while become impossible to use anymore. The only solution is to unplug the power cord

I have NAS F2-212 with TOS 5.1;
2 HDD Wd Red Plus 6 TB in TRAID

The F2-212 device does not have a USB drive, and its boot system is burned into the motherboard. Please try powering on the device without any storage devices and reinstall the system. After reinstalling the system, check if it resolves your current issue. You can refer to this post for instructions on how to reinstall the system: viewtopic.php?t=423
