How to delete (format) a volume. I have a message:

Hello! The first requirement is to disable the debug mode in technical support, and follow the prompts to turn off file services, applications, and media indexing features. Afterward, restart the device and try the deletion operation again.

Now works. But there is another question after delete and create new volume there is already 2GB used space after creation :( why is that?
