Update Notes
Bugs fixed:
1. Fixed the issue that occurred in the resource monitoring module where the displayed storage location was inconsistent with the actual storage location.
2. Fixed the issue that caused the system to restart and fail to boot normally after uploading an abnormal certificate.
3. Fixed the issue that prevented the system from being re-entered after resetting system configurations.
4. Fixed the issue that caused the control panel page to display abnormally when maximized.
5. Fixed the issue that prevented the "Rebuild" option from being clicked when media indexing was disabled.
6. Fixed the issue that caused the desktop to occasionally display a "Session Timeout" message after logging into the system.
7. Fixed the issue that prevented the file system compression feature from being turned off properly.
8. Fixed the issue that caused the page to display abnormally when editing the storage pool.
9. Fixed the issue that resulted in the status of encrypted USB devices not displaying correctly.
10. Fixed the issue that caused failures when joining certain domains.
11. Fixed the issue that resulted in incorrect UI display in the file management section.
12. Fixed the issue that caused the language to occasionally display abnormally after updating the Photos app.
13. Fixed some other known issues.
What is new:
1. Optimized the Debug mode.
2. Optimized the logic that governs file uploads in file manager.
3. Optimized the display effect that appears on the resource monitoring page.
4. Added a prompt message for deletion failure that occurred due to the volume being occupied.
5. Removed the *.tnas.link certificates that were in the system.
6. Removed the feature that allowed setting file system snapshot names.
Important Information:
1.Updating the system theoretically will not affect the data on your hard drives, but for safety, please make sure to back up your data in advance.
2.Before updating, ensure that your primary volume (usually volume1) has at least 3GB of available space. Insufficient storage space may cause the update to fail.
3.If Docker Engine doesn't work properly after updating, you can either close SPC or reinstall Docker Engine and reset permissions.
4.After the update, the IP address of your TNAS may change. Please use the TNAS PC desktop client to search for and reconnect to the device.
Update Procedure:
1.Go to TOS > Control Panel > General Settings > System > Update, and click "Check for updates."
2.Follow the prompts to update the system.
3.After the system update is complete, you may need to refresh your browser.
4.The TNAS IP address may change after the update. If you cannot connect to your TNAS using the previous IP address, use the TNAS PC client to search for the new IP address.

Re: TOS 6.0.610 (X86) is Released for Update
Not sure if anyone else is having same issue as me ?
The mobile app photo thumbnail is blur since upgraded to 6.0.555.
previous version is working fine , i updated to 6.0.577 and 6.0.610 , seems like the issue is still there.
I did change the media indexing quality to high, reindex but the photo thumbnail is still blur.

Re: TOS 6.0.610 (X86) is Released for Update
In previous iterations, our team has optimized the thumbnail generation logic, aiming to significantly enhance the efficiency of image browsing and loading. This change may result in a slight decrease in the clarity of thumbnails for some photos. When the media index is set to high quality, the clarity of images viewed by tapping on them in TNAS mobile will be notably higher than that of standard quality. If you wish to view the clear original image, you can do so by clicking on the "View Original" button in the lower left corner.
Meanwhile, we highly value your feedback regarding the insufficient clarity of thumbnails and will conduct thorough research into the issue. We remain committed to enhancing user experience and continuously optimizing our services.

¿Only LOAD AVERAGE and LOAD DETAILS?
And:
- CPU??

- Disk I/O??
- Network I/O??
Why a partial solution and not a complete solution?

Re: TOS 6.0.610 (X86) is Released for Update
TNAS Mobile and file management use the same thumbnails, not the thumbnails generated by the media index.
The media index generates high-quality thumbnails that are currently only available with the Photos app.

Re: TOS 6.0.610 (X86) is Released for Update
Hi, is there a probel with this update?
My F4-424 does download it, but cannot extract the file.
7-zip is able to extract it, but is complaining it`s not a bz2 file but a xz file.
When i manually start the Install file (with Terminal) it stops @

Abyssws is just a Linux webserver , it`s the only app i`ve installed manually and this works fine.
Any idea what`s going wrong here?

Re: TOS 6.0.610 (X86) is Released for Update
Thanks for the update team. Can I ask if the issue with disks in the D5-300 overheating due to the fans not activating has been fixed? Or do we still need to set disks to never sleep in the power settings?

Re: TOS 6.0.610 (X86) is Released for Update
also can I get a manual download of this for one of my devices? I have an issue with the WAN not working on my F4-423 that I'm hoping will be fixed with this release
