I try to register new connection in CloudSync to my Google drive. After I press 'Confirm' in the 'Create Connection' dialog a new pop-up window is opening where accounts.google.com is asking me for my credentials. Then I see the confirmation dialog from google and approve access for TerraMaster by pressing 'Continue' button. Then I redirected to https://oauth.terra-master.com/cloudsync/db.php with question if the xxxxxx is my TNAS domain (I don't know what is it), anyway I press 'Agree' button and page closed. Then I shortly see 'Configuring...' gray button and "Operation failed!" error message. What's wrong?
Thank you!

Re: Unable to create Google Drive connection
Please check the network of the NAS and re-create the connection.ablov wrote: ↑03 Jan 2025, 16:44 I try to register new connection in CloudSync to my Google drive. Re: Unable to create Google Drive connection
Of course I checked the network, everything's fine. Also I have one more connection to Yandex.Disk and it works well.TMtina wrote: ↑03 Jan 2025, 17:14Please check the network of the NAS and re-create the connection.ablov wrote: ↑03 Jan 2025, 16:44 I try to register new connection in CloudSync to my Google drive. Re: Unable to create Google Drive connection
Which version of CloudSync and TOS system are you currently running? Have you tried to establish the connection multiple times? If you have been unsuccessful in establishing the connection, we recommend that you contact our online customer service on the official website to schedule a remote inspection service by one of our engineers.ablov wrote: ↑07 Jan 2025, 17:22Of course I checked the network, everything's fine.
