I have a tnas f2-223 with tos 6.0.577. System got corrupted and stopped working. I removed the disks, reinstalled it, and the volume and the storage pool both got recovered successfully. But i have no permissions to access the files. File manager gives: source file doesnt exist. I can see theee folders but have no access.
If i log in via ssh
I get this error:

The volume doesnt seem to be mounted at all and i dont have any permissions nor to access any of the files nor to change/back them up.

thank you for your help! yes, indeed, im using theee one and only superuser. it shows that the volume is mounted with rw rights, but if if try to access/change files it says peermission denied. I have tried reinstalling the system severeal times with no success. Neither file explorer nor ssh have permissions. Also i cant even install any app, it will download then fail to install due to peermission issues.

Have you created a user "Patrol7780" via the GUI? TOS automatically creates the user folder when creating a user.

Don't use 'sudo' commands since they don't work {no 'root' user allowed}. Login as the superuser created during installation to obtain (so called) 'root privileges'.
