3.3.038 crashing

Last few days 3.3.038 has been crashing after start up. Tried cache, data and re-install with no luck. Anyone else seeing this?
Oddly before it crashes I can see that says album backup is not enabled. it was working fine Friday or Saturday.

What is your TOS system version? Also, what model of phone are you using? Do you remember what operations were performed before the TNAS mobile app crashed?

F4-424.
Samsung S23 Ultra.
It crashes within 2-3 seconds of opening.

We have observed the issue you described, and it will be addressed in a future update to our TOS system. In the meantime, you can try connecting your network to the LAN1 port to log in normally.

Hi,
The same here with F4-424 Pro TOS 6.0.555.
Android app crashes after 2-3 seconds it doesn't even let me choose the nas to connect to, on Android 14, last update of Motorola.
I can access it via the web, so it seems like a problem with the app, not the NAS.

Updated (after returning from vacation).
It remains the same, impossible to access the NAS from the mobile.
It is a problem with the mobile application for android.

Is it currently the case that TNAS mobile can’t access the NAS? Or does TNAS mobile crash after accessing the NAS ?
