At first I thought it was a possible issue with my motherboard.
but now that im connected to the F8 Nas via a switch, that seems unlikely.
different cable, same thing. maybe 2 bad cables? i dont think so. the original cable that came with is being used by an unraid setup. Ive been transferring files from there all morning. and not a single drop. slow due to drive speed but very consistent
why does the connection on the F8 Nas keep dropping?
Is this a hardware issue or do i have some setting i forgot to turn on?
Its getting to the point, where im cant trust the Nas to do large transfers. Small-ish batches only.

Firstly, we need to troubleshoot for any potential hardware issues. You can use a speed test software on your PC to check if the network connection is stable. Additionally, please use the benchmark tool built into TOS to test if there are any issues with the disks.
