installing a new F4-423 on a network with a old f2-210

Hello,
I'm new here and have a specific question for woch I don't find any existing post.

I already own a F2-210 and just bought one F4-423.

I'm having troubles using both of them on the same network.

Initializing the F4-423 I had to install TOS 5.

After that on Tnas PC the F2-210 was viewed but I wasn't able to connect to the it anymore. It says that "the connection failed with the IP". It's not on DHCP but a specific IP

I'm still able to connect on the monted drives in windows explorer but I would not be able to connect it anymore if i loose them.

Searching why I guess it's because I can't use TO5 with the F-210 but at the same time I don't think I can use the old TOS with the F4-423.

I am right?

Is there a way for me to use both of them? I can't find a way to install both versions of it.

Thanks for your help

1. F2-210 devices can only install TOS4 , F4-423 supports to install TOS5.

2. According to your description, we speculate that there may be an ip conflict problem. We suggest to use TNAS PC to search to the device, change the TNAS ip and then try to log in again.

3. It is also possible that the nginx service is wrong, you can refer to the following link to try to solve the problem:

Thanks for your help.
It seems I was confused and was mistaking between the TOS version and the TNAS pc version.
I tried the solutions you suggested but it wasn't working. I Reinitalised the F210 and now it's ok.
Thanks a lot for your help

Configure the IP settings manually if needed, and avoid using DHCP to prevent automatic IP assignment conflicts.
