TOS 6 VPN client

Has anyone been able to get the TOS 6 built-in VPN to work with any VPN providers?

I'm trying with OVPN, and they have a great list of options for generating OpenVPN setup files, but I have not been able to get past this in the message log.
"Nov 10 15:06:10 TNAS openvpn[29758]: TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Nov 10 15:06:10 TNAS openvpn[29758]: TLS Error: TLS handshake failed"
The router I'm using (OPNSense) does not list anything blocked for the NAS, and it shows the TerraMAster sending out a connection to the VPN provider.
