I have 2 x 8GB HDD and 2 x 3GB HDD, and created a TRAID Storage Pool.

When I calculate the estimated storage from Terramaster RAID Smart Calculator, the estimated free space is 14TB, but I only have 8TB capacity.

Can you let me know what is the issue?

We need to check your storage configuration for specifics to judge the problem and come up with a solution.
Please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Report Issues, and then send it to our Support Mailbox or Customer Service Window.（It is recommended to use NetDisk to share links if they are over 20MB.）
