F4-210-1gb Update to tos 5 possible ?

Hi,
I have my F4-210 1GB system with Tos 4.2.41 up & running quite well now.
I' ve seen interesting new feature on TOS 5.
Can I update my Nas from tos 4 to tos 5 ?
Do I have to manually reconfigure the system after the update ?
