Update Procedure:
1.Go to TOS > Control Panel > General Settings > System > Update, and click "Check for updates."

3.After the system update is complete, you may need to refresh your browser.
4.The TNAS IP address may change after the update. If you cannot connect to your TNAS using the previous IP address, use the TNAS PC client to search for the new IP address.

And it still cannot mount an ISO file in the udf file format. But that worked in version 5.1.
mount: /mnt/ISO: unknown filesystem type 'udf'.

OK :)
(I presume "in a timely manner" includes "ever")

The solution is very simple. You first have to load the module into the kernel via modprobe udf, then you can mount ISOs in UDF format.

This is a stupid game. We - the Beta users - went an extra mile for you, by installing your BETA software on our devices and testing it - a job YOU should actually be doing (this is called Quality Assurance, y'know?). Now you are cutting us off further updates. This is EXACTLY the way to make sure potential beta testers are scared off.

That's your view. Beta testers were not 'cut-off'. In fact the original 6.0.500 was, iirc, only available to beta testers. If you chose not to update beyond 6.0.229 that was your choice. If you were beta testing but maintained 'important' data on your device, that was your choice. In fact, anything related to beta was your choice - you signed up for it. And, if you really want the official release version(s) on your device, there are ways to accomplish that, but it needs a clean install.
