Error whit F2-410 initialisation

Hello,

I am currently encountering an error with my TERRAMASTER 4X BAY NAS. I was using 4 disks of 6TB each and decided to replace them with 18TB SEAGATE PRO IRONWOLF disks. However, now when I insert the 18TB disks, I get an error where the process stops at 10% or 60%, regardless of whether it's the new 18TB disks or the 6TB disks that were working before. Could you please assist me, as I am unable to get it working now?

There may be storage configurations from other systems that cannot be easily formatted.
