Metadata suddenly stopped working

Having issues with Plex picking any metadata for any new files added to the server nothing gets pulled.

Any suggestions?

What is your device model and system version? Is Plex downloaded from the application center?

I find this happens when remote access fails and it just says connecting when trying to the remote access server.
