WAN Disconnected

Looking at the dashboard status has WAN disconnected

Also trying to check for update just to test connection and I get update check failed

I am on TOS 6.0.507

You can restart the device or switch to another network port connection. If the WAN still disconnects, make an appointment for remote assistance.

a mi me pasa lo mismo, wan desconectada y tengo que borrar de fabrica los parametros.
