Hi All,

I've had my F2-210 for 3 months with 2x Western Digital Red Plus 6TB purchased at the same time running in RAID1.

This morning my NAS starts beeping telling me "Hard drive is missing!". I've switched the two around but it always says one is missing.

I believe it might be the 2nd slot as if either drive is in the first slot I can access my data.

Is there a fix for this or is this a warranty issue?

This should be a hardware problem, you can contact after-sales service.

i have the same problems, if i setup all drive as single drives all is ok, but when i restart drive 4 is missing

hi now get "Your account has been disabled! Please contact your system administrator."
the f4-210 is only 4 months, and all 4 x 4tb drives are new

you may have a hardware problem. I think you should contact your administrator for support.
