Replicate all data to new storage pool

I am new to NAS. I have a F4-424. Storage Pool 1 is a RAID 0 with a 18TB and 4TB. I recently added two more 18TB drives and set up Storage Pool 2 as TRAID.
What's the best method to migrate all data - especially applications and docker stuff, over to Storage Pool 2 (Volume 2) so I may eventually format and delete Storage Pool 1 and have it can be combined with the TRAID storage?

So what is the purpose of Shared Folder -> more -> Advanced -> Restore to [Vol1|Vol2|Vol3]

Curious as it never seems to do anything positive.

Wasn’t overly concerned about shared folders. I can copy/move thoughts. But the apps and their settings I needed to do an exact copy or move from one volume to a new one and wanted to ensure I did it properly. Looks like I’ll have to just start over which sucks

Its main function is as stated: "After the system is updated, or after the volume is remounted, some shared folders may fail to be mounted and cannot be displayed. operation will restore the shared folders that have failed to mount, and the normally displayed folders will not be affected."

Alternatively, it can be used to change a system-dependent volume to a different one, after which the public and user directories will read and write on the new volume and the public and user directories of the previous volume will no longer be displayed.

Would you mind explaining what this does in more detail? I'm not fully understanding what this setting accomplishes.
