Hi everyone....
I have a F4-210, TOS 4.2.41
I have this problem and I need some advice on how to resolve it...
Let me start by saying that I changed the power supply because the one (which I had already changed a couple of years ago) died, with an identical one.
When I turn it on everything is fine, except that it gives me this warning: "Hard disk not detected"
But looking at the list of hard drives, everything seems fine......
I attach some screenshots to explain better....
What should I do?
However, I can see the NAS normally, as if nothing had happened...

You can try shutting down the TNAS and then re-plugging the hard drive to see if the problem improves. If the problem persists, you can only back up your data and try reinstalling TOS.

But....which will be the offending hard disk?

You can go to Support and Help to collect the system logs and send them to us ( [email protected] ) , and we will help you check and analyze the problem.
