Sharing low speed

Post by teddy »

I have started sharing files through Tnas.online and the speed is not greater than 4GB for me, that is not enough because it takes forever, while with a transfer from Teamviewer the speed is 100Gb (although it also uses its own server).
Since the transfer is done through a Terramaster server and this makes the transfer so low, is there an easy way to share files from the phone or PC using, for example, a DDNS that I have configured?
When I say share, it means that solutions like FTP are not valid for me, because I want to set a deadline and downloaded attempts on the shared files as do Tnas.online.

1. For TNAS The issue of slow online transmission speed has been reported to the product team.

2. There is currently no other method to set the deadline and download count on shared files.

3. To access TNAS from a mobile phone, you can use TNAS Mobile. To access TNAS from a PC, you can use SMB services to remotely access TNAS through DDNS. Please refer to the following link:

Thanks for answering TMqiky, then I will have to wait for Terramaster to solve the speed problem which I think would be as easy as the sharing application instead of creating a link like https://xxxxxxx.eu.tnas.link/tos.. .. I will create another direct like https://DDNS/tos..... My clients complain about the slowness of sharing my files and I have to tell them that it is a problem how is working the Terramaster NAS and not with my 10 GB fiber line.
Because TOS 6 has solved this issue?

We have understood your requirement and the project team will discuss how to optimize it.
You can manually change the "xxxxxxxx.eu.tnas.link" in the shared link to your DDNS+ mapping port, e.g. "exxample.ddns.net:3333".
