firewall rules help

Hello, I would like to configure my firewall to TOS 5

However, I don't understand how this one is configured.

what rules do I have to enter for:

- open all ports for all local IPs on my lan
- open the qbittorent port to everyone
- lock everything else

for access to the TOS office, I have an upstream reverse proxy so the nas will only ever see the local IP of my reverse proxy for external access
