Hello,
I have an F2-223 equipped with two 4TB HDDs and two 250GB SSDs.
The HDDs are set up in RAID1 (storage pool 2) and the two SSDs are also in RAID1 and used for Hyper Cache for Volume 1.
Today, I want to recover my two SSDs and set them up in a storage pool. I managed to delete the Hyper Cache, but I'm unable to create a new storage pool with the SSDs since only one is visible.
Even if I want to recreate the SSD cache, I can only see one SSD (I restarted the NAS after deleting the Hyper Cache).
Thank you in advance for your help.
SSD not showing after deleting Hyper Cache
Re: SSD not showing after deleting Hyper Cache
What are your TNAS model and TOS version?
Please try restarting TNAS, as this may allow the SSD to display
If you still cannot see the SSD, we need to understand your detail storage structure to determine the issue. Please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Report Issues, and then send it to us for inspection.(Through the support email or the customer service window on the official website homepage)

Re: SSD not showing after deleting Hyper Cache
Model is F2-223 ans TOS version 5.1.103-00409.
I restarted the NAS, now I can't create a pool nor hyper cache. SSD are still showing in the hard drive list.
I have just sent you the requested report by email.
Thank you for your help.
