Excuse me asking, but is the attached screen shot taken from a monitor attached directly to the NAS? Also, have the references to IP addresses been obscured? If no IP address can be obtained on boot, I would expect a (known) default IP address to be utilised.

Is your TNAS connected to the same router/switch as all your other devices?

Please connect a USB keyboard to TNAS to login as root(password:admin) and enter ifconfig to view the device IP.

If the IP does not belong to your local area network or is empty, please set the IP
Set IP for port 1:

ifconfig eth0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Set IP for port 2:

ifconfig eth1 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

You can try to search with TNAS mobile app.
Regarding the problem that TNAS PC can't be searched, you can refer to this troubleshooting：viewtopic.php?t=2250

If you are not able to find TNAS, please send the link to this post and your invoice to the customer service window on the homepage of the official website. A salesperson will send you a new Init boot.
