F4-424 Boot Mode

Hi not too sure im in the right area but I recently purchase Terramaster F4-424 installed Seagate Iron Wolf Pro 18 TB x 4. Power on the TNAS (1st time boot) now I get this boot mode I'm stuck in? I went to hit enter on it its asking for Username and Password? Any feedback or similar experience to get the machine up and running to use would be appreciated.

Can I hear a continuous beeping sound when the device is not started by a hard disk? You can check whether the NAS is connected to the network normally.

Is your disk brand new? Have you installed TOS or any other system on the disk? If so, what is it? Are you referring to the operation on the TNAS PC Windows client page when you say "press the 'Enter' key"? If your disk is new, a web page should pop up and guide you to the system initialization page when you press the "Enter" key on the TNAS PC Windows client page.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the page that requires you to enter your username and password?

It only beeps 1 time I download TNAS PC it doesn’t recognize the NAS.

They are brand new. I went to TNAS.local set it up after that TNAS.local doesn’t appear. Downloaded TNAS PC and tried everything to get TNAS to appear on network.

From the photos you provided, we can see that it can at least partially access the system that initializes the Boot
Is your TNAS connected to the same router/switch as all your other devices?

Please connect a USB keyboard to TNAS to login as root(password:admin) and enter ifconfig to view the device IP.

If the IP does not belong to your local area network or is empty, please set the IP
Set IP for port 1:

ifconfig eth0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Set IP for port 2:

ifconfig eth1 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

You can try to search with TNAS mobile app.
Regarding the problem that TNAS PC can't be searched, you can refer to this troubleshooting：viewtopic.php?t=2250

If you are not able to find TNAS, please send the link to this post and your invoice to the customer service window on the homepage of the official website. A salesperson will send you a new Init boot.

Excuse me asking, but is the attached screen shot taken from a monitor attached directly to the NAS? Also, have the references to IP addresses been obscured? If no IP address can be obtained on boot, I would expect a (known) default IP address to be utilised.
