Dear all
I am re-initialized my F2-223, running under TOS6, in order to solve the system disk issue I had.
My 2 nvme are in Raid 1 (Storage pool 1 / Volume 1) and I am creating a Raid 1 for the 2 HD (Storage pool 2).
Creating a volume for these 2 HD, the name attributed by the F2-223 is Volume 3, even if no Volume 2 exist ??
This annoying me. if not worrying me.
Should I feel concerned and is there a way to fix this ?
Volume 3 without a Volume 2, is this an issue ?
Re: Volume 3 without a Volume 2, is this an issue ?
This situation is usually caused by abnormal insertion and removal of the disk (while the volume is still running).
Additionally, we have noticed that you previously attempted to perform a secure erase on the disk. Has the disk you attempted to erase ever participated in creating Volume 2?
This involves complex storage configurations, storage structures, and even hard drives. We suggest that you contact our technical support email or customer service window on our official website to make an appointment, and we can arrange for an engineer to remotely investigate for you.
