Plex Media Server Version 1.40.2.8395

Hi. Plex Media Server refuses to connect.

I can access all folders on the TNAS through File Explorer, Map Drives too. When I double click on Plex Media Server, then Enter, I see the attached.

I've removed plex, restarted the TNAS, checked that the device is on allowed list, changed ports to 8.8.8.8, set as default. None of the other solutions seem to work.

Ideas please.

1 year ago, I encountered the same problem and I downloaded the latest version at the time and my problem was fixed.
I see that your plex version is 1.40.2.8395, maybe with this one v.1.40.4.8679-424562606 July 9, 2024, will it fix your problem?
