F2-210 giving "502 Bad Gateway"

A month or so ago, I upgraded my F2-210 from 4.2.43 to 4.2.44, using the manual method, as advised on this forum.
That seemed to work well, until today, where I noticed that I couldn't set up the Remote Access function. This looked to be because the SSL certificates for tnas.link had reverted to expired versions, possibly as part of the OS update. I had to manually update the certificates before (following the documented procedure, again from the support forum), so I've followed the same process again - updating both the normal certs and the .cn versions.
However, following a reboot, I have no access to my files. Remote connections to the shared drives no longer work, and I can't get to the desktop via my browser, instead I'm just getting a "502 Bad Gateway" message. SSH connections aren't going through either.
Any suggestions as to how I can get access again?
