cloudsync not working

The cloudsync does not work, it stops and indicates synchronizing and it takes more than 2 hours and does nothing.
number of files transferred when setting it to 3 or 4 or any data starts uploading files after 1 min it stops

Please try to reconnect to your cloud server and re-create the synchronization task to see if it works properly?

I already did it and it's still the same, it starts and after a while it stops.

It's a shame, why would they launch cough 6?, otherwise half of the app works, cloud sync hasn't worked for months. I'm going to file a consumer complaint, as it's possible that the technical service is a disaster.

Hello, which version of the CloudSync app are you using? What is the TOS system version? Which cloud storage service are you connecting to during the use of the CloudSync app? What is the approximate size of the files being synchronized?

I contacted support and the engineer couldn't do anything, a disaster, cloudsync doesn't work, the cloud provider had it with opendrive it doesn't work now with box.com it doesn't work either and files that are more than 20 gigabytes in capacity, and they only upload 365 bytes, the rest nothing, cloudsync 3.1.1 and cough 6.0.229.
I do not know what to do
