Can't edit text files

SMB, NFS, FTP, web file manager and Rsync server.

Can't edit text files

Even on latest TOS 5.1.103 I still can't edit text files.
In file manager if right clicking a text file there is an option 'Open' but nothing happens.
F2-220, OMV 7.5, Docker (Nextcloud, AdGuard Home, immich, File Browser, Stirling PDF)
