Hi,
after a NAS restart i'm unable to access it anymore.

Like a read in other posts, i restarted the NAS with no HDDS so a new screen appear asking for drives. Then I've inserted the drives again, and a new screen appeared. I pressed "Initialize" and choose "Automatic". Then a HDD checking process finished with success:

HDD1 ST8000VN004-2M21 8.00 TB Good
HDD2 ST8000VN004-2M21 8.00 TB Good

After that a "Intalling TOS..." screen appear, then, NAS automatic restart.

But after that a "Loading" screen appear and after one hour of HDD working noise, it stopped and web interface is not accessible whith a connection timeout error.

Printed in the footer is this number: J3455_MAPL0303V17_V4.9.19

¿what can I do?

Have you tried searching for the IP address of the NAS using the TNAS PC? Can you search for it normally?
