I tried to connect one OpenVPN connection with AirVPN.
After discuss with the AirVPN support team, I send this message for kwon why it's impossible to init a connection in mode "OpenVPN with import file" and stay the case "ID" and "Password" empty ? (it's impossible to clic on "apply")

In this case the NAS is not OpenVPN compatible and will not connect to the services which require exclusive certificate and key authentication in TLS mode, unfortunately. It is anyway very strange because it is trivial to overcome this limitation: it's sufficient to omit the auth-user-pass directive, end of the story. It sounds weird that the user interface designers did not consider this obvious and widespread configuration and caused this critical bug. Please contact the customer service, they might offer a solution.
