Hello,

I've been trying to back up my F2-220 to a Synology, however the status will either be stuck on "Preparing" or I will get the error (attached).

I follows the instructions in the following link ( viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2470&p=13323 ) however I'm still getting the same issue.

The latest version of TOS5 already supports related functions. However, if you need to use TOS5, please:
1. Backup data.
2. Connect the disks to PC, clear the hard disk partitions with disk tool.
3. Install TOS 5.0.176:

4. Go to Control Panel - -System - Update, update to TOS 5.1.24:

5. Go to Control Panel - -System - Update, update to latest TOS version automatically.
