D4-300 very slow transfer speeds

Hi
I am using a new D4-300 purchased from Amazon. I have 3 x 8TB and 1 x 10TB drives installed. I am getting very slow transfer speeds between the drives. The max speed I see is 20MB/s. Most of time it is around 17MB/s.

I am using Windows 11 Pro on a 1.5 year old Lenovo Legion T5 with Ryzen 7 5700G and 48GB of RAM. The windows 11 pro is using the default windows drivers (see attached).

I have tried the FAQ posted here viewtopic.php?f=86&t=448 with no success.
The FAQ says:
1. small files can be slow: all of my files are bigger than 1GB with the biggest being around 6GB
2. failure of hard disk: As per CrytalDiskInfo all of my drives are in Good health (see attached)
3. I am using the original USB cable. I have even tried a 100Gbps USB type C to type C cable but it make no difference
4. The USB on my computer is NOT faulty. It works without any issues with everything. I even tested all my ports with a Mediasonic 4 drive bay and all drives there get very good transfer rates
5. I do NOT have a USB hub

I am all out of ideas. Would appreciate some help please.

Thanks

Please update the USB driver of your computer, and try again.

Update with where? According to Microsoft Windows Update and Lenovo all the drivers on this machine are UpToDate. Do you have specific drivers? your website does NOT list any.

Thanks

You need to verify it with other devices, which can be used under the same conditions on the D4-300 device.
Because the speed is only 20MB/s, USB 2.0 speed is not reached.

I have tried my Samsung T7 flash drive on the USB port and it has excellent transfer speeds. I have tried an external seagate and I am getting 70+ MB/s on the same size file (3GB file) on all of my USB ports.
I tried the D4-300 with my Dell XPS laptop and I am getting the same speeds (17-20MB/s). Dell XPS only has 2 USB 3.1.

What else can I do?

Update:

Unplugged everything from the machine, restarted and then replugged everything. Not sure what has happened but the transfer speeds are great now. I am getting 100+ on all drives.

Thanks for your help.

The D4-300 does not support RAID unless you are using 3rd party software.

To which operating system are you connecting?
