Hi all,

I have the f2-210, it works fine for months, and after I turn it off to move it to a new shelf, it stops working.
I tried to reinstal TOS but got this problem.
TNAS PC still sees my NAS's IP, but every time I clicked "Log In", it showed "404 Not Found nginx/1.16.1" regardless of Browers and how many times I tried to reboot router...

I tried to Log in using Putty SSH but got "Network error: connection refused." And I can't access TNAS via anything.

Please help,

PS: I don't have anything else that is able to format my hdds.

Did the situation you encountered occur when the hard disk was installed or not?
Please try clearing your browser cache.

It occurred with both situations, with and without the HDD.
Since I tried to reinstall as your instruction on the forum, it never passed that error no matter what I did.
So I called the company where I bought this item, the support guy worked his magic for almost 4 hours to make it work again, I didn't know exactly how he did it but something like unmount the HDD and then remount it via SSH on PUTTY.
