Move disks and data from F5-420 to F5-422
Move disks and data from F5-420 to F5-422
hi all, I have a terramaster F5-420 that broke down a few days ago. I have already purchased the F5-422 model hoping to be able to pass all the data. I have mounted all 5 disks in the same location however I can only initialize them. Is there a way to save everything?

You try to plug in all the hard drives before turning them on,don't boot on before inserting the hard disk.

that's what I did, I inserted the 5 hard drives on the new NAS in the same position and then I turned on the NAS but when I go to the NAS web page it starts a new procedure where I have to put the name, password, etc.
On the next page you see the hard drives but it tells me that they need to be initialized

It looks like there may be a problem with the storage structure or the hard drives.
