New Disk not working?

Hi All,
I'm seeking help with adding a new disk.

I have a F4-423 with 1 Drive Toshiba 4TB N300 NAS HDWQ140 working fine.

I added another drive of the same model whilst powered on.
I created a new storage pool as a single disk and a volume within that.
However after that the control panel hanged any time I tried to view storage options and CPU hit 100%
After several reboots and removing / readding the disk CPU is fine, control panel doesn't hang but the 2nd disk doesn't appear to be working.

I can see it in the status as green/good but with no size attached to it.
It also doesn't show the storage pool or option to add one.

We found that an email reported the same problem. After checking the system report, we found that there are some problems with the unrecognized disk. You can take it out and put it on the PC, and use professional hard disk tools to check the situation in detail.

I replaced the disk and it worked perfectly, thanks for your help
