Is there a compiled app-pkg-tools? All I can find is the source package. If this all that exists can someone tell me how to compile it? Do you have to compile it in the linux environment or can it be compiled in windows?

I am wanting to make a minecraft server and I understand that you have to make a tpk package in order to install it.
