I just bought a new F4-423 the other day and I am continuing to set it up but have an issue when I want to shut it down via the GUI. It will not shut down and I must pull the power plug or hold the On/Off button for some seconds to get it to shut down. On one occasion it corrupted the drives and had to go through a long sync process.

It does Beep when I try and shut it down via the GUI but I waited 5 minutes, and it did not shutdown.

Pushing the Power Button once does the same this, a Beep but no shutdown.

Is there a fix for this problem?

Please inform the applications and services you are using. Something may have affected the shutdown

Factory reset the NAS and started from the beginning and now it shuts down via GUI. So, working fine now, Thanks.
