Device T12-450, RAID6
After power fail it started re-synchronization but it stuck at 22% for more than a day.
Hard drives page shows one drive "in risk".
Is it safe to replace it?
If not, what should I do?
If yes, is it ok to hot-swap it?

Generally speaking, a damaged disk needs to be immediately removed and replaced with a new one. If you are still unsure and worried about other issues, you can collect a system report in "TOS>Technical Support>Report Issues". Then, please send the system report to the technical support team email through a shared link on the online drive. We will help you make a judgment based on the system report.
