Hello:
I had to reinstall windows on my machine and now I am all the time having an issue I was not suffering before. Disconnection of my drives after some time. I have taken out suspension in the energy option in windows but still the DAS gets disconnected from my windows. I have to power it on/off with the button all the time. All my other external drives (and I have a few) do not suffer from this problem so it seems a Terramaster issue. How to solve it?
