TNAS desktop app problem

Installed and re-installed desktop app but it doesn't appear to be opening properly. It searches and finds the device but nothing else. Hard to explain so I will attach screenshot. Windows 11. F2-210.
Web application works fine.

What version of TANS PC are you using? You can go to the official website download center to find and update to the latest version before trying to search.
