Hi! Notification just constantly appears withous any usb drives plugged in.

Created network disk works incorrectly - All files shared for different users are closing spontaneously.

Re-installing TOS didn't help.

It may be that the USB installed with USB InitBoot on the motherboard is loose, You can try dismantling the device and re-plug the USB, if it still fails, you can unplug the USB, you can plug the external USB port of the device when installing the system in the future.
