Mentioned this a while ago, and it obviously something to do with browser or settings, I had it on three different laptops running different browsers, and recently bought a new laptop and after setting it up the problem disappeared but for the life of me I cannot remember what had caused it (if I ever figured it out) so maybe some of you wizards here can cast some light on what is causing it.

We are in the process of identifying the conditions that led to this situation.
What feature or app were you primarily using when the problem occurred?

No it completely browser or PC setting related as when it disappeared for the only time I was using a new laptop, tried all the usual clearing cache, history, turning off antivirus etc but nothing made a difference.

Maybe it's a browser compatibility issue

Same on most browsers, and my desktop PC does not have this problem using the same browser, but so far I can't find what is different.

Have you set a specific display resolution for your screen?

No it seems to be the same on three different laptops with different display resolutions, may try others just to check.

No changing resolution make no difference.

The cause of the issue has been located. There is a bit of a display issue due to some browsers missing cookies required by the TOS web pages. We will fix this in the next update.

Excellent, thanks! :D Been trying all kinds of things since I got a new laptop and found the phenomena had gone but came back after a week, and my desktop doesn't suffer from it, which is very strange.
