Can I access it normally before restarting?
If the initialization interface appears due to an abnormal power outage, you can try shutting down and reinserting the hard drive before turning it on. This may be caused by a file system abnormality. If it still doesn't work, you can contact our technical support team.

Hello, I removed hard disk 2 and I conected it with USB SATA cable to Linux (UBUNTU ). And then It doesn't appear nothing in the screen of linux and I can not read the hard drive from Linux.

Not sure why you are taking such a step? Is it for reading data? We'll keep an eye out for letters with similar issues. If you prefer to do it yourself, you can try: 1. Change the browser or clear the browser cache 2. Replacement You can try to reinstall TOS, which may solve the problems caused by system errors and virus intrusion: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=423 3. Repair the file system that may have errors: viewtopic.php?f=79&t=2575
