TerraMaster D8 Thunderbolt 3(D8-330)

If you are a Windows OS user, before you can use a Thunderbolt 3 device on your computer, you may need to intall the Thunderbolt 3 driver.

Guidelines for installing Thunderbolt 3 driver

1. Download from your computer manufacturer's official website

• Find "Support and Service" from your computer manufacturer's official website;

• Input your computer model number;

• Find driver download section, and select "Thunderbolt driver" then click download;

• If you fails to find the Thunderbolt driver, download the latest monther board driver and update it.

2. Download from Intel official website

• Make sure your computer is equipped with Intel's thunderbolt 3 controller;

• Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downlo ... -Intel-NUC

• Follow the instruction provided on the page to complete the download and installation;

After the Thunderbolt 3 driver installed, a Thunderbolt control software also installed on your computer. Find and open the Thunderbolt control software, approve the connected Thunderbolt device;
