Hello,
The status of my Hyper-Cache shows a RAID error, but the device seems to be clean. How do I resolve this?

Hello, it is recommended that you pull out the sdza disk and format it, then restart the machine, and then insert the sdza disk into the machine to recreate Hyper Cache.

There's no way to reformat it in the NAS?

Yes, we cannot reformat it in the NAS, it needs to be formatted on another device.

Following your instructions allowed me to to create a new SSD Cache (Cache 2), but I can't get rid of the original instance (with the RAID error)

If this situation occurs again next time, please take a screenshot of it and immediately collect a log report on TOS>Technical Support, and then send it to our technical support email for analysis

got the exact same issues, tried to delete the Hypercache and remount it to another mode (from read only to balanced).

after one restart, the nas volume is inaccessible

the second restart allows me to access the nas volume, but remounting the hypercache gives me raid error

the third restart fixes all the problem, now it's working as usual

My case:

- Nas F2-223, 2 HDD, 1 M2.NVME. RAID 0, and M2 as hypercache
- Reinstall TOS
- I did an disk upgrade and changed from RAID 0 to RAID 1, after sync, i added M2 as cache. I found a ERROR RAID error.
- Restart
- Everythings works ok...

I hope it could help someone...
