Can't create connections in CloudSync (OneDrive, DropBox, Google & Amazon)

Post by WhiplashTM »

I've just set up my TNAS and the 3rd thing I'm attempting to do is pull down all my cloud photos/videos from various services.

I haven't been able to successfully create any connections.

Passwords are correct and they are getting through (to some extent) to various services, but the create connection is failing to complete. (I received an authentication request via the MS Authenticator App after my OneDrive attempt, so I know it's passing through in one direction.)

I suspect this is network related. I am currently living in a hotel so I don't have control of my router config. I have a Mac creating my in-room private network, and that is logged into the hotel WiFi.

All I need is a one-way backup. My intention is to dump everything from all of these services onto my TNAS and then stop paying for the extra cloud space.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts or suggestions on how to correct this.

Thanks!

Are all cloud services unable to connect?

Please check whether your gateway is correct and whether the network you use can connect to the Internet normally. At the same time, you can go to the application center to check whether the Cloudsync application is normally enabled, and you can disable it and enable it again.
