WebDav Not Working (2) - Support Email Address
WebDav appears not to work on an F2-210 running TOS 4.2.41-. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by using the 'Tech Support' > Report Issues' UI. Emails attaching the generated report to the published support email address - 'support@terra-master.com' - get returned as undeliverable (with no reason given, just 'multiple delivery attempts failed' and 'this is a permanent error' messages). What is the correct address to get direct support, please?
