Config file not being found

Cloudsync app ver. 2.4.25 appears to be unable to load its config file, leading it unable to load the connections and tasks I made previously. TOS version is 5.1.29-00343. Logging in with ssh shows that there is still a config file present. There are no actual logs in the log folder (there is one .log file, but it is empty).

You can re-enable the app in the App Center. If that doesn't work, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
Do not check "Delete configuration" when uninstalling the app.

The app was indeed disabled, re-enabling it fixed it.
However, I did not disable it myself. Is it possible for TOS to auto-disable apps, like if they are misbehaving?
