F2-423 Login not accepted and IP address blocked!

Hi,

Ive just got (had for 5 days) a new NAS (F2-423) with x2 4GB Toshiba NAS N300 drives. Im running it over a LAN and using MAC OS 12.

Everything installed correctly and the NAS was running fine.

All of a sudden, when I used the browser to access the NAS, my password was not accepted and I received a message saying the IP address had been blocked

I tried using the TNAS PC and it found the NAS but at login, it told me my user name and password were incorrect.

I reset my password, but still I am unable to log into my NAS.

Weirdly though, I can still access the files using SMB on my Mac.

Any advice how to fix this issue

When you try too many incorrect usernames or passwords, you will be blocked from the login TOS web page. You need to change a new PC or new IP to login your TOS.
